David Blume and Whiskey Hill Farms have reached out, hosted, and educated — with tours, workshops, classes, demonstrations, speeches, videos, publications, and more — farmers, students (from grade school through post-graduate), and visitors from the U.S. Senate and House and public agencies such as the USDA, the DOE, and NASA; from tribal governments; from the UN and numerous foreign governments; and from a wide range of non-profit development organizations.
Many of these groups and individuals were taken on a private 3-hour tour of the Farm — which is now available to the general public. “Farmer Dave” Blume will take tour participants on a trip through the distillery, the greenhouses, the tropical fruit forest, the R&D facilities, etc., and you’ll learn how to outsmart gophers and stop deforestation, among other fascinating facts, and taste some fresh organic produce along the way.
